I understand the sentiment here but friendly advice as a subscriber, this was so incredibly boring. Gatekeeping the recipe for the citrus salad, zero information about the event dinner or background and then literal pages and pages of tedious and un-skimmable Q & A with someone who isn’t even going to be working there ughhhhhh
